Q: WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can use the tracking number see the status of your order. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. You may also contact us at hello@serenitybe.com

Q: THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. IS IT COMING BACK?
We produce our clothing to order and in small batches. If the demand on a certain product is high-enough, the numbers available (which are based on our production capacity) might be limited. If you'd really like an item which appears out of stock, please contact us @ hello@serenitybe.com and we will try to help you make your purchase.

Q: WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF AN ITEM IS AVAILABLE FOR PREORDER?
The nature of our products means they sell out quickly and this allows us to hold your place to make sure you get what you want. Preorder dates are subject to change. Please note that your card will be charged fully when a preorder is placed. This is the only way we can allocate the item to you.

Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. However feel free to email Customer Service at hello@serenitybe.com and one of our representatives will do their best to accommodate your change. Changes will be accommodated only for orders if wrong style, wrong color, or wrong size was placed.

Q: CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Unfortunately, we can't support exchanges at this time. We recommend placing a new order and returning the other item by contacting us @ hello@serenitybe.com

Q: HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Most orders shipped within the United States can be returned within 14 days of receipt.

You may contact us @ hello@serenitybe.com. The return shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.

Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.

Items made to size cannot be returned or exchanged.  We will offer one additional alternation if required, but we are not responsible for the shipping/handling.  We can offer a discounted shipping label for returning back to you.

All international orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.

Q: DO YOU HAVE ANY OFFLINE STORE LOCATIONS?

Our company does not offer merchandise for sale through individuals, flea markets, unauthorized retail locations, or at auctions.

We take counterfeiting very seriously. We participate several enforcements such as taking legal actions against counterfeits through takedown of the counterfeit websites.
